The Wonderful Wig Company always strives for a speedy, efficient service. Your order should be with you shortly. If you have any problems with placing an order, or if would like to offer any feedback to us, then please contact us.

Free Delivery for Returning Customers

In return for your continued support and custom, each and every time you buy a wig from us we'll provide you with a code to get free delivery on your next order! Our free delivery option is available to UK customers and delivered First Class via Royal Mail.

Standard UK Delivery - Royal Mail First Class - £5.95

Once you have placed your order with us it usually takes us a day or two (occasionally up to five during busy periods or public holidays) to process, quality check and beautifully package it. We'll then dispatched it to you via your delivery method of choice. By choosing this standard delivery option priced £5.50 we expect that your order will be with you in under 7 days (though we normally fulfil your order much quicker) but it is not guaranteed.

Standard European Delivery - Royal Mail International Signed-for - £10.95

Using the Royal Mail international signed-for service, our customers in Europe pay £10.95. From date of dispatch, we expect to have your items with you within 3-14 working days. This service can’t be tracked.

European Courier Delivery - Get a quote

If you need your item delivering faster, we can arrange this using our trusted couriers. We will be happy to talk to you about this service and arrange it for you ensuring you of a fast-tracked and safe delivery at a competitive price. Prices are bespoke depending on your order. Contact us to discuss your options and get a quote.

Standard Worldwide Delivery - Royal Mail International Signed-for - £11.95

Using the Royal Mail international signed-for service at a cost of £11.95, your goods will with you in 5-14 working days from dispatch (we always aim to have it with you quicker but its not guaranteed). This service cannot be tracked. It is the customers responsibility for any customs costs into your country of delivery.

Express Urgent Order - £9.95

If we have it on our shelves you can usually have it the next working day. You'll need to call first to check we have it in stock. We will always help you to get your goods as soon as you need them. Talk to our team for more information.


If you find your wig to be faulted, an incorrect order or anything less than wonderful, we are very sorry! We will happily refund you or make an exchange. Simply follow these steps:
  1. Call us – we need you to give us a call so that we can provide you with a refund authorisation number.
  2. Complete the returns slip which came with your items(s) and write your returns code somewhere on it.
  3. Pop it in the post and we’ll issue your refund or return when we have it (providing it meets all requirements as listed below).
In some instances and at our discretion, we may be required to charge a handling fee of 10% for returned goods. You will be notified of this at the point your item is refunded.

If you are sending items back to us, we suggest that you consider opting for a tracked and insured delivery. We cannot be held responsible for receiving any damaged returns or for lost parcels.

Important: Returns must be sent back to us in their original packaging within 14 days. We sadly cannot accept returned items in poor condition.

Coronavirus Returns Extension Period: Any orders placed after Thursday 26 March, 2020, are eligible for an extended returns period of 28 days. All other conditions still apply and the item must be returned with its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
