Our salon may be closed but we're here for you online and by phone to provide support and answer your questions.

Like most other businesses, made the decision to close our salons until further notice and all future appointments have been cancelled without exception for the safety of our wonderful clients, team and their families.

But, while our salon may be closed, there’s no stopping us continuing to support you through your hair-loss journey! We’ve set-out a whole raft of ways to support your every need during what is a potentially even more trying time than usual.

Delivery Delays

We’re currently experiencing some delays. Some items which would usually be with you in 7 days may now take up to 14 days. Our online store remains open and we’ll deliver items as fast as possible. Our team is also available for consultations, advice and enquiries.

If you’re just setting out on your hair-loss journey our experts are here to help. We have an incredible friendly, experienced and knowledgable team available to discuss what you can expect on your journey, your needs and concerns, and answer any questions you may have.

Existing Clients & Urgent Orders

If you’re an existing client or know what you’ll need, you may be concerned about being able to order your usual wig, hair piece or headwear. While supplies are currently still available, we would advise you to contact us to double-check and order anything you may need.

Financial Support

We understand how stressful hair-loss can be, and being without your wig, hair piece or headwear can be difficult. We also understand that many people are unable to work in the current climate and as such it may be difficult to fund the things you need. For children there are a number of charities such as the Little Princess Trust who can help. If you’re an NHS patient, we also accept NHS vouchers.

In addition we have a range finance options available both online and off. Our online Payl8r offer allows you to spread the cost over a number of months. Simply choose the Payl8r option at checkout and follow the steps.

Our Online Store is Open

Our online store remains open, where you can shop from a huge range of wigs, hair pieces, headwear, accessories and care products.

NHS vouchers aren’t available online, but you can use or Payl8r service to spread the cost.
