Runway Mono Part falls just past the shoulder with a soft, undone wave running through it, the sort of length that feels feminine without ever feeling like hard work. The waves are loose rather than tight, so the hair moves properly when you do and catches the light as it goes. It's an easy style to live in, long enough to tie back off the face on a warm day or when you're busy, and lovely left down with the waves framing the face. The whole thing sits remarkably light on the head, so you can forget you're wearing it, and it's a reassuring choice if your own hair is thinning or you're going through hair loss. Being high heat resistant fibre, you can reach for your own tongs or straighteners on a gentle setting and reshape the wave whenever you fancy something different.
Cap Construction: The construction is what gives Runway its convincing finish. Through the parting there's a section of monofilament, an exceptionally fine mesh with each individual hair tied in by hand, so the part looks as though the hair is growing directly out of your scalp. The front is finished with an extended lace front, which melts softly into the skin at the hairline and lets you wear the hair back off the face without anyone being any the wiser. Everywhere else the cap is wefted, hair sewn onto fine strips that hug the shape of the head, keep the weight down and let plenty of air circulate so you stay cool and comfortable through a full day of wear.
