We are over the moon to announce that we been named the sole supplier to deliver our services to another two major trusts across the region.
Initially winning a tender in Sunderland, our company's exceptional work has led to its inclusion in supplier lists for various NHS hospitals and trusts, such as Newcastle, Northumberland, Gateshead, and South Tyneside. Recently, we secured a new deal that expands our services within the region to Durham, Darlington, North Tees and Hartlepool.

We caught up with our owner, Nicola, to get her take on our approach to hospital support. Here's what she had to say: “We aim to see every referral within seven days, with a dedicated fast-track system for anyone whose hair loss is imminent, ensuring patients have their new hair before they lose their biological hair. We try to prepare them fully for what they are going to experience, answer any questions, calm any fears and most importantly, supply them with beautiful new hair, which is such a cornerstone of wellness and self-confidence for many people.”
So how does this all work?
If you’re a patient of any of the hospitals or trusts we serve and eligible to receive wigs using an NHS voucher or prescription, all you need to do is call or book an appointment to visit one of our beautiful salons in Sunderland or Newcastle. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept NHS vouchers online.
We are now also running appointments from both Durham and North Tees hospitals so you can also be seen here.
What if my Trust or hospital isn’t signed up?
We can only serve hospitals and Trusts which have chosen to use our services. If yours hasn’t chosen us but you’d like to use our services, give your local NHS Trust a call or drop them an email asking them to considering using us. Let us know and we’ll also ask them! You can of-course choose to pay for your own wig or hair-piece and in that case you wouldn’t need your Trust to be signed-up with us. You can shop online any time or in our salons.
